Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains.
Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

Wanted to check in an hour or 2 early and they wanted me to pay 500 extra for sitting in their relax room not even my room. Ended up paying for the room and didn’t go there. Terrible management with no refund policy.

We loved our triple room on our girls trip.
The room was quite large and had filtered water. The buffet breakfast was great and had everything we needed. Being attached to the MBK centre was a bonus. Great things to buy and great restaurants. We had foot massages every night and didn’t have to leave the centre.
We had Hot Pot and meals at crab restaurant.
