The room is spacious enough to spread yourself out and get comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and tea available in the room. The staff were friendly, professional, kind and courteous.

Very large hotel. Staff friendly, but friendliness of front desk people seemed forced rather than genuine. The hotel seemed very well-staffed (there are plenty of staff around). Beautiful, but small, swimming pool. Even smaller workout room. My room was spacious and very comfortable. A/C worked well and room was quiet and well equipped. A 5-min walk to the Dammtor station, from which one can easily reach the Hauptbahnhof. Short walk to lovely park along the water, too.

Very modern and nice hotel, spacious room and clean. It is close to the train station and one block from the lake, 3-min walking to the town hall, very convenient for restaurants and shopping. We walked to all attractions. Highly recommended.
