Everything was wonderful

Suite was roomy. Bathroom was great. Centrally located, but far enough off the path overloaded with crowds. Very close to Old Town and public transportation. The staff is excellent, very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is excellent. Overall, great experience.,

The staff at the reception were very rude and not at all friendly or welcoming. We were early so didn’t get our room until the afternoon. Which was fine but the way the staff treated us wasn’t pleasant at all. We were quite upset. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Our room was perfect, on the fourth floor with a view of the castle. Staff was extremely kind and helpful throught our stay. Excellent location! Everything is walkable. This hotel still provides the little necessary items too...toothbrush, sewing kit, etc. We had an amazing stay and will return!!

I liked it so much that I'm going to book another stay at the end of my trip and cancel my existing reservation elsewhere.

Everything was wonderful

This is a beautiful property (with many stunning design elements and features) that is also well-designed for practical purposes (e.g., has many electrical outlets, great lighting, excellent air conditioning, a state-of the-art kitchen, and many other features). I felt so at home and relaxed for the five nights I was there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was very quiet because it is set back very far from the street with a courtyard inbetween. The area is amazing - there's a Starbucks on the other side of the courtyard, numerous restaurants of different types, and at least one movie theatre steps away and all kinds of interesting shops like antique stores, a DVD shop, etc.). The main street is right on transit (streetcar), but I was able to walk to the Charles St. Bridge in about 20 minutes. I had a garden view room, which looked over a park.
