Big room, clean, great venue, fun place. Highly recommended. Very small downside was the shower was a bit noisy and not very strong but still OK

Great Hotel for your visit in the heart of the old town. Walking distance to many top sites. VERY quiet rooms. Historically building was formerly a convent so walls are very thick with wide hallways and tall ceilings. Never smelled cigarettes anywhere on premises, We had the superior twin and it was spacious. Bathroom is very large. A/C worked great for comfort and it was very hot in the city during our stay. Standouts are the amazing, gracious staff and their superior breakfast buffet, speaking multiple languages. There is even a very large sitting room, separate from the lobby and even a toy play room for young kids adjacent to the sitting room. Elevator can accommodate up to three persons plus luggage. 6 people without luggage. Ice is available at reception desk. We received a complimentary bottle of wine in our rooms when we booked thru Expedia, WiFi worked great. Bed mattresses are firm. Safe for senior travelers. Police station across street from hotel but we heard no noise. Parking is available inside small gated courtyard. Three blocks to metro lines. Mall/market is 10 minute walk. And there are plenty of gelato places within waking distance-10 min walk.

El hotel esta muy limpio muy buena ubicacion y muy bueno en general.solo dos cosas q no me gusto de mi estadia es que el Ac no funciona coreectamente y no funciono en toda la noche asi que tuvimos q abrir las ventanas y al estar en una calle principal mucha bulla hasta las 3am de carros, gritos etc.... no pudimos descansar bien y la cama no estaba confortable. el desayuno excelente muy rico.
