The staff couldn t do enough to help ,and very knowlege of area ,the rooms were spotless ,the breakfast was excellent both in choice and length of time .well placed for trams and city center .plenty of pubs etc in area but also good botel bar

Wonderful staff. Our stay was lovely and comfortable in a great location, but what set this visit apart for us was that on the 3rd day our daughter was taken ill. The staff were so helpful, understanding and caring.
Highly recommend as a great no-frills affordable hotel with wonderful staff.
