We wish we had stayed here longer! All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

What a beautiful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and they are conveniently located in the center of everything. I would definitely stay again.

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.

Great smaller hotel with owner on site. We had 3 rooms for a family trip. Staff very helpful and hotel had a charm. Not to close to everything but not too far away. I would stay here again and I am a five star snob.

The best part of the experience was the interaction with the clerks in the front desk, specifically Victoria who was always very helpful in telling us what was going on in the city and always had a smile on her face and then Ariana. Victoria was always working in the evening; Ariana in the morning, who also told me, through a very fluid conversation, the many amenities available to us in Lisbon.

What a wonderful stay. From start to finish we were so well looked after. The service was excellent along with the breakfasts and entertainment. Freddie the peacock was sensational showing off each day displaying his feathers. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed and more. Sintra Marmoris Palace has high standards and we highly recommend a stay. Special thanks to all staff but especially João who gave us so many ideas for our stay. We look forward to visiting again soon. Peter and Jayne x
