i didn't receive any of mine benefits staying there, But i would like to inform the Ingrid from front desk was incredible amazing and helpful , she made my experience defenitely better

Outstanding great location and staff was wonderful

Great large room and canal view. Staff were very helpful trying to assist during a 2 day issue with Wi-Fi and few minor room issues. Restaurant and bar were very busy and crowd was a bit younger than expected. Location was amazing with lots of restaurants and close to many major attractions. Bit of noise in evening, but quiet at night. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff and great location. Surrounded by restaurants. Very handy having lounge onsite to leave bags before/after checkout.
