Masurian Lake District Cheap Holidays

Good property. Need for minor fixings (lightbulbs, etc), but overall nice. Bed is the 140 cm size, could be small for some. Also, I would have appreciated more towels. Nice area, nice building, will consider going back.

The air conditioning was dysfunctional, meaning the room was stiflingly hot and unbearable throughout the stay. When I informed staff of this nothing at all was done. That's not how you deal with an unhappy guest/ customer. I have since made a formal written complaint to head office, but again I was fobbed off , and the issue wasn't taken on board. Wouldn't return to, or recommend this hotel, there's far better (and less expensive) hotelyon the same area.

Beautiful hotel and interiors. We definitely recommend the cafe downstairs. They had Incredible pastries. Nice and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed. I would stay again The only small disappointment was the room was always warm so it was difficult to sleep so we had to open the window and it was a bit noisy outside. Clean room most of the time! Sadly housecleaning was missed once.

Everything was very good from food and beverage options too service the staff really look after their guests

Rooms were clean and modern, we used the pool and sauna when we were there which was lovely and relaxing. Convenient place to stay and easy access by taxis. Lots to see and do would stay again!

The staff at the hotel was amazing and made our stay enjoyable. That said the pool area was really dirty, there were too many people it was cold. The presidential hotel is much better.

Easy check in, clean room and good access to the airport

Very convenient location, close to the airport, excellent service, modern room design, cleanliness and comfort at a reasonable price. Many thanks to the staff for their excellent work. Thank you very much Expedia for helping to book this Hotel.

Lovely clean, cosy hotel with friendly staff and right on the tram line for transport into the city centre. Would highly recommend
