We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again.
The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too.
Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Prime had excellent food and I would highly recommend eating there. My only issue was the noise level outside my door. I was awakened every night of my stay by loud noises.

Another excellent stay at the Intercontinental. From Reception to the Spa the staff are excellent and want to make you welcome and valued.
I especially would like to thank Claudia for her sunny and bright disposition, great service and managing to get my wife's coffee requirements just right every time at the breakfast service!
