I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given.

This is something of a gem. A traditional Venetian hotel. Has an old school feel to it with excellent service. It is on a beautiful canal.
The immediate area around the hotel is fairly quiet but very close to the action if needed. The best of both worlds.

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep.
