"The location is incredible, we loved sitting out by the open window overlooking the piazza and enjoying beverages and views (note, this is not a balcony), either by morning, when the accordion playing gentleman was out, or in the evening, watching the crowds. The kitchen is definitely wanting: not a single unscratched Teflon frying pan, only 3 forks and no microwave. The floor slopes in the middle of the apartment, which is kinda cool - you're in Venice, after all... until you stub & cut your...

"The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. "

"The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic staples provided. Very nice to have two bathrooms (—water pressure was great for shower-taking.) "We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again"

"This one bedroom apartment was even better than the photos show. It really is beautiful, with fantastic large windows with wooden shutters in an old Venetian building, that has a modern and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The ceilings are high with quality lighting with lots of space and storage. Local shops and great restaurants are within 2 minutes walk and other attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St. Marco square under 10 minutes walk away. The narrow streets and alleyways feel safe...

"My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Venice. The apartment is in a perfect location to walk to all the sights and also very close to several vaperetto stops. A coffee shop is less than 5 min away and the grocery market is also very close. We were met at the water shuttle and brought to the apartment after a short walk. We got an introduction with map on where major sights and restaurant recommendations. We couldn’t ask for a better host or location."
