I have a complaint. I chose my package with breakfast included, but the hotel told me that breakfast is not included. I showed them that the hotel said it was included, but they refused.

They did not have a room made up with no feather bedding. We requested twin beds but got one large bed. When we asked for twin beds they told us to just pull the beds apart ourselves. Not great service for the price.

Lovely hotel! Reception desk were all lovely, helpful and super accommodating! Netto is around the corner so having that with the apartment we booked was really convenient. Little furthur out, which meant a 30 minute or so walk into the main city/sightseeing bit like Nyhavn. Railway is across the road so can get noisy at times but nothing major. Beautiful stay!
