Clean room and friendly staff

Rooms are decent size - small fridge in room - would have expected a couple of bottles of water to be initially provided. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was very average - the hot selection was poor - although you could request a cooked omelette which was ok. Only one coffee machine that’s wasn’t working first day. Roof top pool is quite small - but was very quiet when we stayed - so wasn’t an issue… last day it was shut for maintenance (wasn’t informed when booked) Location good - direct access to small beach - although 25euros per subbed is a total rip-off - so didn’t use. A couple of supermarkets local to the hotel, along with a few restaurants. The Road outside hotel very busy!

I had a wonderful 12-day stay at this beautiful apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures—very modern, clean, and perfectly equipped. The hosts truly provided everything I needed, and they even came to clean the apartment once during my stay, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only minor thing missing when I arrived was a coffee machine (which isn't very common to have in Croatia). It was a bit inconvenient for me, so I reached out to the owner, and they went above and beyond by purchasing a coffee machine for my stay! Their quick response and exceptional hospitality made everything fine. Otherwise, everything was absolute perfection. The location is excellent—close to a beautiful beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I had a very pleasant time and highly recommend it!

Wonderful homebase for our exploring the city of Split!

I booked a premium ocean view room for 2 nights with a balcony. On the first night of the day, a concert started around 5 pm just outside my window at a venue. It was so loud that it sounded like it was in my room ans lasted until 1 am . The next morning, the music started again at 9 AM. And again lasted hntil adter 1 am. There is construction going on right in front of the hotel and the bulldozer started digging it at 8 AM. It was very loud. There were quite a few people complaining, at the front desk and asking to be moved to different rooms. and I mentioned to them that they should let people know about these issues on their different booking websites. It was not included on the Expedia website and the person working at the desk said that it was they initially offered me a $50 credit to be used around the resort for my inconvenience, but I didn’t feel that for a room that I paid $1500 per night, that was a very fair offer. It is also somewhat misleading because the property has a beach club, but if you want to sit in the Beach club chairs witb nice cushions and listen to the music, these chairs are $100 for two. The other chairs, which are to the left of the beach club, are much more basic with jo cushions and you can not hesr the music. Also the area was very dirty with pizza boxes and dirty tables, etc. but those chairs were complimentary for hotel guests .

Great location with parking nearby. Use website to pay as if staying more than one day. it works out the correct price tagging into account non payment times.
