We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great place to cool off.
We would have liked to dine at Collins Restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed, with only the Collins Bar being open.
We also wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but this was closed as well. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted by reception. On our last night, we had to move to another room in order to get a comfortable night's sleep.
We're not sure if there was some refurbishment work taking place, although the staff told us there wasn't.
