Everything was perfect

This was a great hotel for our 3 day stay in Rome. Everything from the room to staff to breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is in a nice location, close to all sightseeing activities. I loved the garden area, we hung out on the swing several times during out stay. Will definitely come back

Charm, courteous, location, English language skills

Hotel was good! Only thing was the bed was hard, needs more cushion & the TV is small and the channels kept cutting off. Overall the Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Location was great! Especially being next to the train station (about less than 10 min walk) & restaurants/stores are very close. Only about 2 miles from Colluseum.

The staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and all amenities functioned with one exception. I had to tie the shower head fixture myself so it would not always be a hand-held. The clasp holding the head was broken. When requested a repair, it was passed off as someone elses problem and never addressed. VERY important funxtion of a room ignored.

Comfortable and clean. Love their breakfast. Near Roma Termini station.

The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, a perfect balance. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming; they went out of their way to make me feel at home and offer thoughtful recommendations and assistance. The stay feels personal, refined, and effortless.

Great room, amazing service, very centrally located

The rooms on the second and third floor very pretty good. At first they gave us a room in the basement that was awful. We could hear almost everything happening outside our room. The sound of the flush toilets of other rooms looked like is happening inside our room. We asked them relocate us and they kindly did it. In summary excep for our first that we could not sleep at all it was good.

Room clean with complete amenities. Close to Termini. Breakfast was great. Nice staff.
