Needs improvement: staff serving breakfast needs more training on how to interact with guests
Suggestions: As the room pricing is on the higher side, it would be better if breakfast is included.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport and strategically located in the middle of the city of Zurich. Staff is courteous. We arrived an hour early for check-in. However, check in fee still charged and not waived. Rooms are clean. There is air conditioning. There are 2 onsite restaurants that serve very good food. I would still recommend based on location

I had a guest house room which was very basic. I did not like it. The TV did not work and the space was tight. The elevator was very small and narrow. It was not worth the high price i paid but hotels are expensive in zurich.
