The hotel is in a prime position overlooking Durban Beach. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and a very good buffet breakfast. There's a bar which serves food. Its a short walk to bars and restaurants in the casino area. Ive one criticism in that the air conditioning wasn't controllable. Either on or off, which for us not use to the heat made sleeping difficult

At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by

This property was really nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful and it has great onsite amenities such as a day spa, pool, and pretty decent dining. The area around is a little sketchy but Durban is on the more developing side of living.
