Terrible hotel. Old, dirty. Smelly, noisy. Hated it!

Overall a very nice stay! Great location and views. $33 a night additional fees for “amenities”??? When we asked it was for tea/ coffee in your room ( we never used) WiFi, record and guitar use??? Never knew that was an option nor would I ever use it….just another upcharge for no reason… all advertisements for the location said taxes and fees included and free WiFi- parking for a fee ..

Wonderful hotel which is situated conveniently in the heart of downtown Seattle. The rooms are clean and staffs are welcoming. I would recommend staying and also experiencing their afternoon tea.

Beautiful decor, amazing food. Absolutely blown away by the design elements. The whole vibe instantly was tranquil and stress free. Highly recommend.

It was all nice except the iPad running the TV just didn't work well. Half the time we couldn't get any channels. Give me an old-fashioned remote!

Always clean and comfortable! I love staying at this place. Front desk staff doesn't always remember Expedia VIP benefits, unless reminded.
