The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

This was our first time visiting Austria, and overall we had a very good stay at this hotel in Salzburg. The hotel was easy to find and very convenient if you have a car. There was easy access for unloading luggage and available parking close to the hotel, which made arrival and departure stress-free.
The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the room was nice, clean, and well insulated. Breakfast was good, with great coffee, and the location was excellent very easy to walk to shopping areas and many of the main sights around town.
One small downside was the lack of complimentary water in the room, which would have been appreciated. The vending machine for bottled water didn’t work very well, and while water was available in the lobby, it was removed later in the evening, making access a bit inconvenient.
That said, these were minor issues, and overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for travelers with a car who want a central, walkable location.
