Staff was really good except the one reception lady and security stand guy they could have been more polite and hospitable.
The bellman was really amazing and went out of the way to make me feel home and was very helpful. All other staff were really nice.

I stayed at the Rio from Wednesday to Saturday - all of the staff I interacted with was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean, I didn't experience any construction issues. I never had to wait for an elevator. Valet was quick. Overall, highly recommend.
