Excellent and very good quality

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was waking up every morning to fresh coffee from the farm. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Costa Rica with beautiful views, quiet, great coffee, and excellent service, this is the place. We would happily stay here again.

we stayed here during our first night and then our last night while traveling throughout Costa Rica. the hotel is close to the airport, although you would never know it. feels like you are far in the jungle. the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with terraces . the property and landscaping is amazing, especially the sunset pool. I had a massage, and it was excellent in a beautiful facility. We loved our dinners and breakfast at the hotel, and most of all we loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the rooms manager. Hope to be back soon!

Do not spend a single dollar at this hotel. It is a 2 star hotel pretending that it's a 4.5 star. Restaurant service and front desk were the worse I have every dealt with in my travels across the world. Everything is the problem of the guest and they won't any accept any responsibility for their smug attitudes. There's not 2 pools as advertised and hasn't been for years despite being advertised. The pool that is available, you must walk through the restaurant area. Tables are seated around the pool making my girlfriend uncomfortable where she didn't want to use the pool. I was upgraded to the Executive Level for use, but the front desk never updated the information despite being told to by GM. The following morning going to the Executive Level for breakfast, I was made to feel like a criminal trying to pull a fast one, and was asked to leave. I asked them to call the GM who told them there was a paperwork mistake and to let me remain with no apology. My reservation made through this platform was for 2 and someone how ended up as 1 and they charged me another nights 1/2 rent $120 due to my girlfriend staying despite her being with me the whole time, absolute rip off hotel. Read Trip Advisor reviews and do yourself a favor and book another hotel as a American you'll be disappointed. The crazy thing is that is is run by Marriott who would never stand for their brand to be disrespected. The only good thing was the service in the casino attached.
