It was a fabulous stay

The vegetation/flowers/hedges were beautiful and professionally maintained. The buildings of the resort were walkable but we greatly appreciated the golf cart service which was quick and frequent. The maps and directions were well laid out. The staff was incredible, the ala carte dining was top notch! From check in to check out, we had amazing service.

We found mold on our room service food causing my friend food poisoning after she had already eaten parts of the food. It was our last night there. Management offered us a $50 credit and in the morning another manager and chef came to apologize to my friend for her being sick from the bad food.

Hard to book restaurants. Had to fight to get the two-beds room I requested. Booked trip for 4 to Isla de mujeres but when two people got sick they refused to cancel two of for charges. Then due to poor weather you asked permission to transfer to another boat, which I granted in exchange for cancellation of two tickets. This time you agreed. Conclusion: no customer service culture. Paying in advance leaves the customer in a weak position and you take advantage of it.

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch. If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.

Excelent and tasty all kinds the food. Looks like special sheff chooked it. The atmospheric, type of the gusts, the quietly and the very special architectural of the place inside the jungle, including few kinds of animals, make it the best place for vacation.

The staff was wonderful, the place was beautiful and clean. Loved every minute of my stay

Wherever we went the staff were so attentive, pleasant, friendly, respectful, and always made sure our needs were taken care of.
