Bahamas Golf Holidays

Very nice historic lobby and bar with soaring ceilings. Very welcoming front desk arrival. Valet parking service very good. Room was fresh and light. Generous towels and bathroom amenities. TV via satellite, ample channels, satellite reception annoyingly kept failing.No ability to stream own device, whole set up needs updating. Wifi good on property. Disappointed not to have a business center & no ability to send a FedEx from the hotel. Was told I had to drive to the other side of the island and find the main FedEx facility,I attempted this but never found and wasted hours. Had to walk to another hotel to print an important document. For such a large hotel with meeting rooms it is not business friendly. Would have been nice if the lobby coffee bar and snack area had extended hours. But there is an extended hours commissary located around the corner at One Particular Harbour, which has a great selection. Service at the bar was mixed. Be prepared to wait when approaching the bar. The friendly staff often seem occupied on everything else except customers, just need a little training. It’s a beautiful venue & varied entertainment most evenings. Breakfast tip- if in a hurry, grab the buffet and pay the extra $$.Or grab from coffee shop. The ala carte menu service is slow and unorganized. Food just ok. Very nice employees though! Hotel is central, busy & enjoyable. Just needs a bit more love and focus on what guests need. l would definitely return and try again.

Rooms were clean and the views were great. Staff was always happy to help.

The property is older and the cove rooms are worn and need to be refreshed as do the bathrooms. Big complaint about pool water temperature being too cold -- we did not swim at all in the pool, and it is the main reason for being there. Pool temps should be much warmer and advertised as other resorts do. We will not come back as other resorts have much warmer pool temps. Not enough beach chairs with sun covers at the cove beach or the pool. -- these 2 activities are the main reason people choose to come here -- so really needs to be addressed -- a truly lovely resort - if they can attend to these items

Remarkable and Outstanding

We had a blast an enjoyed everything about Atlantis! It was absolutely beautiful, we stayed in the Royal Tower and it is an older building but kept up with nicely. Our room was right over the turtle exhibit, with a water view, it was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool (easy to get chairs even during peak time) and did a couple slides too (no kids, just us, mid 50’s), had fun!!! There is so much to do, we are already planning a trip back!!!

The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked through them. The food is ok. For this price we were expecting more.
