Very clean room, friendly staff, and easy access to the beach.

Everything was excellent

The beach had a lot of sargassum which was disappointing during our stay, however, the pool area and rooms were very nice. The buffet breakfast was particularly amazing!

We were in room 1106, it was BEAUTIFUL. It was a corner room so we had an L-shaped balcony, overlooking the ocean and pool. There were lounge chairs and even a little table and chairs to eat on. The bathroom was all marble and had a floor to ceiling window overlooking the pool. It was STUNNING and even had a bath tub. The room itself was very big as well! The only issue was out of our 4 night stay, we could only get the TV casting working once. But that's not a huge deal. Please also note, there wasn't a mini fridge in the room for leftovers. It would have been an extra $40. Not a huge deal but a bit of a bummer because we had dinner leftovers. The pool was amazing - so warm! And it was right on the beach! And next door to the water sports company, so that was really convenient. We had the breakfast buffet and that was really yummy, although the only thing that wasn't good were the waffles. The pancakes were SO buttery and amazing. Then we also ordered room service breakfast one day and the hash brown potatoes that came with it were incredible! It was shaped like a thick rectangle block! And they brought it up to our balcony on a rolling table so we could eat out there. We also got dessert from Chez Bon Bon in the hotel - the birthday cake gelato was delicious and so was the cinnamon cruffin. We also ate at the the Mediterranean restaurant outside (Cote?) and that was pretty good and a very nice experience to eat outside and at The Blade which was also delicious!
