Isla Anapia Golf Holidays

Resort Fee is something that we did not notice when we booked online through Expedia. We paid $45+tax extra per night. Also, there is Service fee $3 per person for Breakfast that is included.

I had a serious issue with this hotel: I checked my suitcase with their luggage storage room during my stay, and when I went to retrieve it, the staff were unable to locate it. They had me wait for 1 hour while they were trying to find it, and I almost missed my train because of this, despite me telling them multiple times that I needed to leave. Aside from this incident, the room itself was clean and the location was convenient, but this experience with lost luggage was a major letdown. If you're storing bags with this hotel, I'd think twice, or make sure you get a detailed claim ticket and confirm their camera coverage. I've had to escalate this directly with hotel management and am considering further action if it isn't resolved soon.

Great location, obviously centrally located. Stayed here 2 years in a row now for our anniversary. Staffs very friendly and professional. Beds super comfy, bathrooms awesome . Opt in for the king loft with the mirror shower/bath.

Elizabeth Hotel is 10/10!! We travel the world and have stayed at other hotels in Rome, nothing beats the service, cleanliness and overall stay then this hotel. Highly recommend if you are looking for 5 stars in all categories. Thank you for a wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.
