Holy Cross Mountains Golf Holidays

We have been staying at Grand Hotel Boutique a couple of times already, and we have always had a very good experience. The breakfast, amenities, and cleanliness are all excellent and consistently on point. The on-site restaurant, Patio, offers outstanding food and is definitely worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel. The staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly in most cases, which made our stays even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a hotel we are always happy to return to and would gladly recommend to others visiting Rzeszów.

Very good location and helpful staff

I gave the staff a 4 star rating as the website says they can organise day trips to the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. On booking our accommodation nearly a year ago we emailed for assistance with these bookings and they said they could not do it!...even though the website says they can. On registering to the accommodation their brochures say they can do these bookings!!...yet they couldn't help us with nearly a year's notice! But in saying that we did enjoy staying at this accommodation. It was boutique in style which we do like. It was in the old town area - an area we liked being in.

One of our favourite hotels ever. Gorgeous rooms, amazing food, exceptional staff, and the wee pool was the icing on the cake. We had a very lovely (child free) trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Krakow.

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants. Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press? Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help. Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.
