Nice apart-hotel, in walking distance to old town (10-15 mins). Good restaurant, clean and quiet rooms, good bed, great shower. The only con - check in at 15:00

Great hotel in a great location

The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel. We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch! If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️. The location can’t be beat.

Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful

Great hotel in a great location

We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting for us a reception. The hotel was definitely up there in terms of quality, lovely rooms with ‘quirky’ but beautiful decor, lovely bathroom and quality Milton Brown bathroom essentials. Super comfortable beds, room safe and nice touch of a welcome drink on arrival in the room. Special shout out to ‘Asia’ who hosted breakfast in the Fiorentina restaurant and the service she provided was excellent, went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was table service and multiple combinable options from omelettes, pancakes, cereals, choice of breads and continental meats and cheeses and all delightfully presented and cooked to order. After a smooth check out, the hotel assisted us with a tour of Krakow by golf buggy , which wanted to do before our evening flight home. Picked up from the hotel and arranged in 10mins!. Thank you Balthazar Hotel , Krakow a memorable stay in beautiful Krakow that will be hard to beat.
