The location was very ideal for exploring Porto and the hotel was quiet where we had no problem with the noise. However, the carpet was quite dirty with stains and our bedding had small rips. One of our bathroom lights also flickered through out the stay.

Pros:
- Friendly staff
- New and modernist facility
- Spacious rooms
- Comfortable main bed (see below for subsidiary "bed")
Cons:
- Our main complaint is that we rented a room with two beds, as we have two teenagers. Unfortunately the 'bed' in one of the rooms was a sofa that had been opened up. Sometimes sofas can be comfortable. This one was not. It was almost impossible to sleep in it comfortably...perhaps by small children only.
- The breakfast offering was quite extensive and the staff were very friendly. But 20 euros per person seemed a tad expensive for what one got.
- The parking spots were quite narrow and many were difficult to enter because of the placement of structural columns. Always managed to find and squeeze into a spot. But still an odd parking experience.
