A lot of noise could not rest. Staying the the marina had to wall al the way to the main hotel to get a good breakfast. Elevator are in bad conditions. Unowned dogs in the marina area. During checkout process almost got kicked out of the room

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. The biggest issue was being hit with a surprise daily self-parking fee at checkout. As a paying guest, parking should be included. It felt like a setup—after a 3-mile drive through two security gates, I was handed a key card for parking with no mention of a charge. Then I find out I’m being billed over $16 per day. When I asked the front desk where guests could park for free, the rep admitted there were no options. I even asked, “So what if I didn’t want to pay—should I park at the first gate and walk three miles?” No answer. That says it all. On top of that, the food and drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. Thankfully, I know Puerto Rico well and didn’t plan on eating at the hotel every day, but it’s still frustrating to see such high prices for mediocre quality. This hotel looks nice on the surface, but between the hidden fees and overpriced amenities, it feels like guests are being taken advantage of. Not what I expect from a resort at this level.

Overall, I liked this property. However, the pool needed to be cleaned. I stayed for a week and not one time was the pool cleaned. At least during the times I went to the pool
