Hotel is Excellent. Great access to Venice by Private Boat (Included in Price). Very good breakfast with great choice. Great base just 15 mins away from Venice. Note: Prices for Food & Drink very expensive.

Great location. Close to bus stop and on the beach. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything we needed. Very comfortable and very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tip: The bus route does not run along the road next to the hotel. It runs every 10 minutes on the parallel road a short distance away (3-5 minute walk). Goes to / from the water bus terminal… buses A B or C. Very handy and we were able to use our vaporetto 3 day passes on those buses.
