Room was great!
Facilities were great!
Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay.
Food was okay but no options for less sugars.
Licor was not top brands
Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.

beautiful resort with a lot of things to do and enjoy during your stay. Room was clean and they came into our room to make our beds every single morning. Excellent staff that always made us feel like we were home. I would stay with excellence again! 10/10 experience.

VIP treatment starting from the door of the plane is exceptional. At every moment throughout our stay the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff was ready and able to assist us with anything we needed.
Our beachfront room was comfortable and well appointed, and the on resort amenities more than we could take advantage of in our four day stay.
A perfect getaway!

The resort was clean and well maintained. The food was very good - with extensive buffets full of fresh, well-cooked food. The service was a little up and down. Alvaro was consistently enthusiastic and sincere and really made our stay.
