All good, nice big room, friendly staff and brilliant location.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

The room was clean, more than enough amenities and clean towels were big enough. All the staff were nice and friendly.

Staff were very polite and always on hand if needed. Hotel is beautiful, well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, and the majority of the staff are very courteous. The room is indeed small, though this is consistent with European standards. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some refurbishment, as the bathtub is rather high and requires particular care when entering or exiting.
