Highly recommend this place. This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. We received a free welcome glass of champagne which was refreshing.

The first room was an insult! The second room was ok. We had stayed here before the place was renovated and they seem to have halved the rooms! Staff not interested apart from the receptionist who sorted a different room for us. Breakfast, however, was excellent.

My holiday started bad, my flight had 15 hours delay and I got there by 3am. Hotel system was down so receptionist asked me to wait, I didint get any drink offered which I had to wait 20 Mins for their system back to normal and I didint get a warm greetings at all which put me off. Room was amazing, looking over street and had amazing bathroom and just very comfortable and get what you need. Thankfully aircon was super easy to use and my room was very warm. Breakfast was good, enough choices to be full. Staff members were very helpful and running around for you. Cleaners did great job and they were quick to make your room. Hotel in central Prague which made everything very smooth and easy to travel. I’ve asked for gym which I’ve been told that I could use local one but it end up with given you vouchers rather than just given you free entrance while you staying there. Hotel was good but missing some good bath and steam and saunas, maybe a small spa would be great specially for winter travellers. They allowed me to have late check up which made my stay even better coz my flight was late and I didint want to leave the room at 12 so I did stay until 2 pm which I really appreciate it. I’d definitely stay again.
