Nice hotel, very nice staff and great location. 5 minute walk to the train station (which is 6 minute train to airport). 15 min walk to old downtown. The only potential negative is the (very) small elevators.. not for someone a tad claustrophobic.

Excellent service from the staff in all area’s of the hotel starting from a personalised check in . Warm and luxurious feel to the accomodation and facilities. Scenic location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Lovely hotel, really appreciated the family adjoining rooms, however the there seemed to be issues controlling the temperature so we had to sleep with the windows open at end of November to have the room at a decent temperature which was then noisy. Breakfast was very good, great variety but to charge 5chf for an omelette slightly cheeky!

My room was very clean and the staff were welcoming and very nice, I had an enjoyable stay

The hotel is in excellent condition,the staff are sweet and helpful.They offeres warm welcome and all the info you need for a comfortable stay.We can't be more happy with the stay there.

Everything was really perfect.

Pretty design, clean, top notch hospitality. Very close to train station. There is a pharmacy right next to the establishment. Restaurants in the surrounding area are practically non existent in the evening.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
