Everything was perfect except for the length of our stay. Next time we are in the area, we will make sure to stay at least a full night if not for a few nights. The place was beautiful, great views, a fun 3 par course, and a nice pool (we didn't get to use). To top it off, the Palacio was a short 7 minute drive to the Bilbao airport, making it a no brainer for our trip. To to it all of, the staff was kind and helpful. All in all, I look forward to visiting again if I'm ever in the area.

We stayed for just one night, but that was more than enough. The property does not have a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was clear that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. The room was extremely noisy, with constant creaking sounds from the wooden structure and persistent mechanical noise from the air conditioning system. On top of that, outside noise was a significant issue throughout our stay, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a disappointing experience.
