In particular, the carpets appear dated and could be refreshed or replaced with alternative flooring. Additionally, a warmer and more welcoming approach from the breakfast staff would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The food is really good quality and the staff in the dining team work hard to ensure the area is kept clean. The pool area and bar were very nice. The room we stayed in whilst functional could do with some modernising and a refresh.
