Friendly staff, great location. Spacious room.
Had to wait a little while for a free table at breakfast.
Would have given full marks except for the renovation work that was going on downstairs which was deafening in the hotel room.

We had everything we needed for our 4 days stay. The room was large and clean, good quality of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; we had our towels changed daily. Breakfast was included in our package; we had some misunderstanding with the front desk about free breakfasts in our packages, but eventually it was settled. The hotel conveniently located close to street car/subway stations, walking distance to shopping, laundry, restaurants; close to the Old Port.
