This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! It was so quiet and peaceful, as well. I highly recommend.

Great service, very friendly staff, nice restaurants

Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!

Had trouble adjusting the thermostat in the room

Room was clean. Location is perfect, near to all your needs except skiing.

Very friendly, prompt and helpful check in process. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Nice and inviting hotel.

Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

Breakfast was nice. Location excellent next to the gondola. Playground outside.
