The property is centrally located, offering convenient access to all city attractions as well as the sea. The staff are exceptionally friendly and consistently strive to meet guests’ expectations—ask for something, and they are quick to accommodate. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room service meets a high standard. Although the property is not brand new, it features traditional elements that add to its charm. The pool area is ideal for swimming or simply relaxing, and the live music in the evenings creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting. Staying here truly felt like returning home after each day’s adventures, and I would highly recommend it. The only minor drawback was the music from a nearby outdoor venue at night. It may be noticeable if you go to bed early, as we did around 9 p.m., but it was not excessively loud.

Staff were Phenomenal

Host was very kind and nice , he even got us a taxi to go to the airport. The riad was nice but smelled like cat.

The Riad Omara came in under expectations. Most disappointing is the food. The Tagine chicken is dry like tree bark. 180 Dirham for that is borderline robbery or should i say, rubbery. Iman at the first desk is quite helpful. The room lacks basics like bottled water, fridge and good working air conditioning. The TV doesnt work. Water drains slowly in shower and sink. Roof top lounging area is tiny. Old unkept furniture .

I stayed for 10 nights with my family and would like to really thank Nasser who was super helpful, friendly and kind to us all. His exceptional customer service made our experience even better. The location of the riad is super convenient and thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Marrakesh - we hope to return one day!

Fresh breakfast amazing people! Nourdine was an amazing host he honeslty helped us out so much. The location is hidden but it’s in a safe area no issues at all with the locale. Very close to everything

Staff were Phenomenal

The hotel was in a vibrant location. Might not be for everyone as it was in a bustling old town location but we loved the culture. The interior decor of the location was also great. But the room was quite horrible. It felt like camping more than a hotel. Very cold floors. Bathroom very old, overflows, flush stopped for a bit. Hardly any amenities in the room such as absence of paper bin or enough lighting. There was a small mirror and the sink mirror and that's about it. No tea or coffee or even kettle in room. We had to go order some tea for £6! Just wate and tea! The walla are plastered which isn't a problem but on areas it looks really bad like damp. It could actually be damp I'm just hoping not. The general outside looks and the room has no similarity.
