Wow—what a fabulous week! A stay at Aulus leaves you feeling calm, rested, and completely relaxed. The rooms are beautiful, and the grounds are stunning, with breathtaking views—especially at sunset. While the setting itself is exceptional, it is the people who truly make this hotel stand out. We did experience a few teething issues with our original room (202), which lacked privacy and was overlooked by the evening bar. However, this was quickly and professionally resolved by Mimis and Demetri, who handled our disappointment with genuine care and arranged for us to be relocated. A special mention must go to Tom at the pool bar, whose warmth, energy, and infectious enthusiasm brightened every day. Eva in the Island Restaurant provided wonderful service throughout our stay, and Vanjo crafted some truly fantastic cocktails at the evening bar. The kindness, professionalism, and respect shown by every member of the team made a lasting impression. From our arrival to our departure, the team consistently took the time to greet us, ask how we were enjoying our stay, and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Their commitment to hospitality genuinely enhanced our enjoyment of the resort. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mara, who was there to wish us a safe flight home and warmly invite us back for another visit. This is a true luxury hotel! It is beautiful, clean, and high end. The superior suite is amazing with a separate master bedroom with a porch overlooking the interior of the hotel with 2 standard chairs. There are two sinks, a large closet, and a chair in the master. The shower features a rain head, 3 body sprayers, and a handheld wand. The potty room is separate and has a small window (blacked out for privacy), but you can open it for fresh air. The sitting area has a large couch, desk and chair, and refrigerator with a coffee maker and tea pot on top. The curtains are button controlled, and you can even close them and turn off all the lights with one button from the bed. The front veranda has a pool with 2 lounge chairs that overlook Chania and the sea. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The veranda top is open, so you can sunbathe in privacy. There was free parking, though it was full when we arrived. We were given free parking in an adjacent alley. The included breakfast features so many options, including brunch, desserts, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. You order the day before, and you call when you’re ready for it. They prepare it fresh and deliver it to your suite! All the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We even had complimentary cold bottled water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge upon arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel!

⭐ Review of Domes Noruz Chania, Crete — 10/10 Domes Noruz Chania is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10.

Excellent helpful thoughtful enthusiastic staff. Large property, really professionally well-run, with direct acess to the beach. Many pools. Good food. Dinner and drinks at sunset. Consistently superb, friendly customer service — they seem genuinely happy to see you. Pleasant relaxing stay. Virtually no need to leave the resort.
