Reberty 1850 Golf Holidays

I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique. They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact. That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour. They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice. Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way). The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms. If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.

Room was very small. Dated with all red walls. Restaurants were very limited.

Ink 48 definitely feels like it’s missing some heavy duty management. The staff was lovely, and everything seems clean, but overall it’s just a bit faded and unpolished. In our room, the hotel phone wasn’t working, the clock was set to be wrong time, the air vent seemed to be hanging on for dear life, and the mini bar was stocked with bottles of water from the bodega down the street, literally with these neon pink price stickers still on them. The hotel roof is managed by a different company, and they did not seem to have any hustle or desire to welcome hotel guests up to the roof. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is on the property and you would think that the rooftop staff would make a point of fussing a little extra over hotel guests. As I said, staff seemed very friendly, but it did look like a ragtag bunch with untucked shirts, a laissez-faire attitude, et cetera. For 750 bucks a night, for the overall stay I have to say I was a little disappointed

Great stay!! The hotel is beautiful with very helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for NYC standards. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! The shower was roomy with amazing water pressure.

The hotel is very well located and the staff are all nice. I’ve stayed before and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I called twice on the day of checkout to see if I could check out at 1pm instead of Noon. Both times I was told that I’d be called back, but I never was…

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Room was clean, spacious and furnished nicely. The staff could not have been more helpful with providing restaurant suggestions and directions to all the wonderful sights. Alma and Lisa at the front desk were so helpful. Location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to get to all major sites. Breakfast was served in a lovely sit down fashion with a varied selection and a delightful staff. My only disappointment was not requesting a room with a street view.

The hotel's location is close to many of the areas you would want to see. The only negative was a roof top bar which was next door and it had a loud rooftop party until midnight one of the nights during our stay. The hotel staff was apologetic and called the bar and complained however it was still loud. Other than that the stay was fine.
