8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
I stayed with a friend. We had a lovely big room with 2 double beds. There was always hot water. The shower was pretty good. The beds were comfortable.
The location in midtown was very good for exploring New York.
The swimming pool was too cold. We loved using the steam room but it’s a shame there is no hot tub or spa-like services available.
