The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit big for the size of the room. Limited breakfast and lunch menu from what we are used to. We did not have the buffet. Great location close to the canal areas and 9 lanes for shopping.

Bar was great and a couple cute restaurants nearby. The bigger room is great!

You should be mindful that there is a tram that takes you to the hotel from the Central Station BUT UBERS do not go or pick up right near the hotel. it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the uber pick up.

Very unique and beautiful historic building. My room had a great view of a canal with houseboats. Easy walking distance from train station and countless cute restaurants and shops in the old town canals and alleyways.

We loved our canal view terrace, and the outdoor seating. Definitely worth the upgrade. The staff was very helpful with area tips and solving our charger problem. Would stay here again.

This hotel has amazing staff who make you feel right at home as soon as you enter. It’s also in a great location with lots to offer close by. I highly recommend staying here!
