Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. Besides that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The check in was a very good experience. The receptionist was professional and efficient.
We booked a room for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. Both shower towels were ripped and with holes in them! There were no bath robes. I wouldn’t normally complain but this is advertised as a 5* hotel that charges accordingly!
