Positives: Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy walk to the beach Negatives: Had to pay to park, carrying around the large metal key was nuisance and loud music was blasting at 7am.

Location is excellent, room is comfortable, staff is nice. Special thx to Filip for excellent service and the two staff at the restaurant. Your courteous manner and “service with a smile” really make our stay wonderful.

When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, a little bit far from old town

Great hotel, fantastic amenities.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

We had a great time! Loved the breakfast and the cozy indoor pool. The massage was amazing, thank you Katherine!!

We enjoyed our stay. The food is really good quality and the staff in the dining team work hard to ensure the area is kept clean. The pool area and bar were very nice. The room we stayed in whilst functional could do with some modernising and a refresh.
