Air conditioning like no other . Thank you Radisson for ensuring the heat wave didn’t melt my mind. I truly enjoy the city cause I could sleep every night in a comfy bed and great air conditioning. I recommend if traveling with kids, the room was very spacious.

"There was a bit of a mixup with rooms when we arrived, but the staff quickly resolved it and compensated us by providing breakfast. There was a heat wave in Lucerne during our stay, so definitely needed the fans on all night. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly."
