Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very dated and not particularly clean especially the bathroom which seemed damp. There was very loud drilling/construction noise which seemed to be coming from within the hotel and the rooms are not soundproof. Very good location.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Nice breakfast, excellent mattress and pillows, clean very functional room, nice bathroom toiletries. Would’ve been a 5 star review but we weren’t informed the gym was still under construction and it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The staff were helpful though and retrieved the free weights for us which meant we could work out. When the work is complete it will really be an excellent place to stay.

Rooms are very clean and its in an amazing location within walking distance from all key attractions as well as the Grand Place there in Brussels. If you are bringing a rental car, there is garage basically adjacent to the property

The property was in a great location with high end shops around. There was also a metro near by making it easy to get to the city center. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!
