Great property with great views

I absolutely loved this place, so much so I extended my stay not once but twice! I would have been happy to never leave. The location is fantastic. The only downside was the totally unnecessary Buddha bar type disco and MC in the outside patio restaurant, which was so out of keeping with the sublime surroundings. I used to go to the original Buddha bar in Paris 30 years ago, but I do not want this in a beautiful sleepy lakeside hotel while on holiday. I also felt for the people whose rooms were on the front with the noise every night. Whoever brainchild those did not understand the hotels unique charm. I would leave the property in the evenings, take a walk and eat elsewhere else to avoid it. Thankfully my room was in the back.

Extremely noisy band played in the restaurant until after 1 am

Excellent standard of room. Only thing that disappointed us was the fact we stated we needed a twin room twice in advance of coming. When we got to the room, there was 2 duvets but the bed was not split and even when we did this, it was still sharing one double bed sheet. Thank you to the check in staff who were very kind, especially Lancelot who gave me a phone charger to borrow. We would return again

3 minute walk from the train station. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was quiet but too warm.

Acceptable price for short stay. Majestic views, especially the lake view room. Nothing is close by, but the bus is right in front.

The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year. The attention to our needs as well as every detail was far and above any expectation imaginable. Special thanks to Aderina, Massi, Alexandre, and the fabulous Heni! Also I must mention Camille for taking care of us and all of our requests. Finally to Antoni. A true leader, gentleman and consummate professional! They gave us a stay of a lifetime!
