Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.

This 5-star hotel makes a big impression on the visitor right after arrival. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed. The territory is big and has various amenities to satisfy all needs. The food is excellent; a lot of options for every taste. Rooms are practical and quite spacious. The bathroom has all amenities. The big drawback, however, is the air-conditioning. Our party of 4 lived in 2 different rooms, and in both of them the air-condition was not working after our arrival. It took us 2 ½ days of reminding and additional repairs for the problem to get fixed. For €300 per night this is not acceptable!

It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.

The Hotel and Resort all together are very old and outdated. I do not know how it is possible to have such a high rating. When we checked in we had to change 3 rooms until we got one that did not have a mold smell inside of the room. Avoid the bungalow rooms, I think those are the worst. Food was mostly average and drink selection is terrible. If you are looking for something premium avoid Xanadu. If you are looking for something cheap just to get away from home and have no expectations then this is your choice. The only plus is the staff who are very friendly and trying to do their best in the given situation.
