I booked the trip with Expedia including airport shuttle. The hotel had a rep, Cesar, who is really the best. He contacted me prior to arrival introducing himself and made dinner reservations prior to our arrival. When we arrived and got airport shuttle station they told me the contact person in the hotel, Robert. The following morning Robert contacted me around 9am about arranging transportation which I thought was weird since I just arrived. He insisted on meeting me within an hour that he was leaving and he would come to my room. My kids were still asleep. So I just said it wasnt possible and we can meet another day. Then he sent me links to book excursions and then I understood that’s what he really wanted. So, I just left it at that. Then he wouldn’t return my messages when I was trying to verify transportation. Everywhere you turn you are getting pursued by vendors. As soon as I got off the shuttle, I was approached by a time share vendor, which I didn’t realize at the time because I literally got off the shuttle and I thought she was hotel staff. We made small talk and asked to meet in the lobby the following morning. I didnt meet her in the lobby because we woke up late and wanted to enjoy the day. I had left the do not disturb sign up and my son returned to the room mid day to take a nap and the time share person knocked on the door looking for me. Totally unacceptable. That is why do not disturb signs exist, is to not be disturbed! Vendors are everywhere.No peace

the beach could be a little bit cleaner but other than that it’s overall a great resort.

The property was well maintained, there were some issues with the room. However, staff were good about addressing it, not how I expected but it was addressed. The amenities were great, the pool, restaurants, live shows, etc were all amazing. The food was very yummy and more than enough options to eat. We had the best time.

In general, the hotel has very good condition, but they have few somethings to improve like the waiting time in the service in some restaurants (Espanol/Argentino) and the quality of food is not 100%. Unfortunately, the beach cannot be utilized.

El hotol esta bien ubicado, la limpieza bien, por lo meno el cuarto que me tovo (101) primer piso no esta mal. Agua caliente. Para mejorar, la caja fuerte no son confiable, la Tv no puder ver nada local. No tienen parking, si alquila un vehiculo tienes que correr toda la zona colonial. Ya que hay gente que ponen conos rojo para cobrarte, le llame la atencion a uno y hable con la policia de turismo y esto me dijeron que el parking en la calle es sin costo. Para desayunar es fuera del hotel al lado de rest. Jalao...muy bueno. Para estar varios dias en zona colonial el hotel esta bien y bueno precio. Recomendacion instale camara espia por si te llevan algo.. Todo muy bien
