Location was great! Even though the road needs repair the access to your beach and everything else was very convenient.

We had a lovely time at this resirt. Plenty of sunchairs and accessible shade. Ocean access was amazing. We only swam at main pool and it was quiet and refreshing. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and shopping. Check in was lacking as we weren't told any information to help orient us to hotel. They should let guests checking in know how to access internet, where to buy water, where breakfast buffet is served and give a map. I noticed they offered some guests checking in punch but not us.

All was fine except we had 2 large screen tvs in unit,but unfortunately there was no tv service.I called the desk ever day with no satifactory results At check out I was told that I could have been given a resturant credit,but as I was leaving in 15 minutes, that was usless to me Very disappointing for myself and my partner

Quiet and private - large room

Very good hotel, excellent service, very nice, different restaurants, excellent food. Angela at the front desk was excellent; she took great care of us. The staff who served us in the restaurants were very kind and friendly, especially Nicole from the Dominican Republic. The only thing I didn't like was that the security guard at the Ocean Point resort was very rude to us when we wanted to take a picture in the lobby. They should be more professional and friendly because one understands that you can't enter that area if you're at the other resort, but we only wanted to see the lobby to see if we would stay there next time. She was very rude in telling us we couldn't enter and not even take a picture. This is a very negative point for tourists like us who are spending a lot of money and shouldn't be discriminated against like that security guard did to us.

Best all inclusive I’ve stayed at. Staff was super helpful and friendly! Room service always came fast and hott! Come for my husbands 35th and can’t wait to come back with our children.
