We arrived very late after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, when we went to bed there were blood stains on the sheets. We tried calling reception but it was difficult to understand and the line cut off. We ended up sleeping on one half of the bed.
Since we only stayed for one night and left at 5:30 am, we didn’t get to speak with reception. Unfortunately their customer service team wasn’t interested in resolving the issue.
